Delicious! Better than any cookies I've baked with eggs! I baked these because I had no eggs in the house, but am planning to use this recipe from now on, regardless. I love the cakey consistency - so moist and chewy :) I added 2 tablespoons of cocoa to mine (I like my cookies CHOCOLATELY) and they turned out superb! Couldn't keep my hand out of the cookie jar!
