Roy's - Further Update

After further correspondence with a representative at the Woodland Hills location, I found out what exactly is or can be made eggless at Roy's. Of the list that I posted below, only the following is for lacto-vegetarians:

Appetizers

Tempura Fried Vegetables Jalapeno Ponzu Sauce*

Tofu Lettuce Cups Ginger Sesame Soy & Papaya Salad

Salad

Spinach & Fuji Apple Salad Soy Dijon Vinaigrette

Entrees

Wok Fried Udon Noodles Minted Hoisin Sauce, Toasted Peanuts

Teriyaki Marinated Grilled Tofu Steak Furikake Rice, Japanese Citrus Ponzu

Chinatown Vegetarian Bento Box Fried Tofu, Miso Grilled Bok Choy & Steamed Rice*

*Request Chinatown Bento Box or Tempura to be made with eggless crumb mixture called Kaarage, a seasoned rice flour or potato starch to bread items.

A pretty decent selection in my book. Anytime they can provide tofu, I'm game. As per the representative, "The Calamari style Mushroom dish, Watercress salad and Field Green salad all have some type of mayonnaise (eggs) in them." Also, "There is no fish in any dishes." He also stressed asking to speak to a chef when you arrive.
