Back in 2007, I had to go to work event at Roy's in Newport Beach. There was nothing vegetarian out of their menu of Hawaiian fusion food and I basically ate afterward. He stated that the chef could further adapt the recipes to match any dietary restrictions and that he could also create something else for me if I like. Nice. Looks like I won't have to worry about eating beforehand or afterward tonight!
