iCream Cafe

iCream Cafe, located in Chicago, has got to be the most unique ice cream place so far. Using a liquid nitrogen technique, they create ice cream, sorbet, and yogurt on the spot right in front of you. You simply make your selections and they take it from there.

With the exception of their cookie-dough "mix-in," all of their products are eggless! In addition, most of their ice cream and sorbet can be made using soy instead of dairy.

This is definitely a place that I would like to check out if I am ever in Chicago. Thanks Swarup for letting me know about it!
