Vegan Glory

Vegan Glory is a Thai vegan restaurant located at 8393 Beverly Blvd. I just went there and had their Spicy Eggplant with tofu. I really liked the soup they served with it. I would have liked more tofu in the dish, only had 4 or 5 pieces. They have several options and have an "open kitchen" which "lends itself to the restaurant’s relaxed atmosphere and allows customers to view the quality of the ingredients and superior preparation firsthand, particularly when seated at the bar."
