Balance Bars

I had heard that Balance Bars contain gelatin and went on their website to try and learn more. Unforunately they only provided ingredients for their 2 Balance Pure bars, which appear to be without gelatin:

Cherry Pecan Balance Pure: Evaporated Cane Juice Invert Syrup, Soy Protein isolate, Fig Paste, Almonds, Soynuts, Pecans, Dried Cherries, Sugar, Peanut Oil, Natural Flavor

Manufactured on equipment that proecess milk, egg, peanut, sunflower seed, sesame seed and other tree nuts.

Chocolate Cashew Balance Pure: Evaporated Cane Juice Invert Syrup, Cashews, Soynuts, Dates, Cocoa (processed with alkali), Soy Protein Isolate, Peanut Oil, Salt

Manufactured on equipment that proecess milk, egg, peanut, sunflower seed, sesame seed and other tree nuts.

I called the company and the representative on the phone told me that all the other types bars (Balance Original, Balance Gold, Balance Bare, Balance Carbwell) have gelatin in them derived from either fish, beef, or pork. The representative also told me that they could not clarify what was meant by "natural flavor" in the Cherry Pecan Balance Pure, something that I found very disappointing.
