Zen Bakery

Special thanks to "Latinasoyme" for commenting about Zen Bakery. I had no idea this place existed! It is located on 10988 Pico Boulevard in West LA and is a vegan bakery. Their products are also sold in various other locations, including Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. They originally started off making bran muffins and now have "fibercakes," cookies, scones, and rolls as well. Their website is great in that it provides the nutritional and ingredient information for each product. Simply click on the product that you are interested in and there's the information. Clicking through some of the ingredients, this looks like the healthiest bakery I've ever heard of. They appear to use no refined sugar!
