Blueberry Yogurt Granola Parfait

Here is the recipe that I mentioned will correspond to Dipa's article from Friday. I love making this for breakfast/a snack when blueberries are in season.

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla yogurt (I use Trader Joe's French Village Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt)
  • Granola (I love Trader Joe's Pecan Praline Granola)
  • Blueberries
Directions:

In whichever glass you will be eating the parfait in, add a layer of blueberries, followed by a layer of yogurt, then a layer of granola. Repeat layering until cup is full.

You can make the layers as thin or thick as you like.
