Another Blueberry Yogurt Recipe

I wanted to pass along my favorite smoothie recipe, given to me by my friend Sandra. It happens to incorporate Dipa's last 2 superfoods. I absolutely love smoothies. Whenever I come home from work with that strong starving feeling these hold me over until dinner. Do any of you ever get that starving feeling after work? Or is it just me?

Ingredients (adjust to taste):

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 banana
  1. Put in blender and blend together.
