The following is the response I received after emailing them on their website:
"Since some of our guests have a different definition of vegetarian than we do (our vegetarian items includes ingredients such as eggs and all dairy products), we do not indicated the vegetarian items on our menu. However, our staff has a chart that lists our vegetarian items and they would be happy to assist you when you come in.
The following items are vegetarian and do not contain eggs: Japanese Pan Noodles, Bangkok Curry, Indonesian Peanut Sauté, Penne Rosa, Pesto Cavatappi, Pasta Fresca, Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine, Tomato Basil Bisque, Wisconsin Max & Cheese, House Marinara."

Thanks I was always wondering about the food there.
I love Noodles and company and am glad my favorite Penne Rosa is eggless.
