Here is some information from Fazoli's quality assurance manager on items for vegetarians and vegans. She also provided an ingredients list can be found via the link below:

"We do offer a few menu items that are prepared without cheese making them an option for a vegan diet. These choices include:

  • Spaghetti with Marinara
  • Dry Breadstick
  • Garden Side Salad - no croutons, with Lite Italian Dressing
  • Lemon Ice"

    Regarding the cheeses, the manager was able to confirm that the mozzarella used on the pizza and baked items (including the baked spaghetti) is with microbial rennet. She will be sending more details on the cheese

    Looking at the ingredients list, I see the following do not have eggs, meat, or fish listed (there are no details on the origin of the enzymes or the natural flavors):

    • Sauces: alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, pizza sauce
    • Breads: croutons, ciabatta herb blend bread, plain ciabatta bread, multigrain chiabatta bread, bread stick, breadstick with garlic butter topping, pizza crust, 14"
    • Dressings: Fazoli’s Fat Free Italian Dressing, Fazoli's House Dressing, Fazoli's Honey French Dressing, Fazoli's Light Italian Dressing
    • Pastas: fettucine noodles, penne pasta, rigatoni pasta, spaghetti noodles
    • Desserts: lemon ice, peach bellini lemon ice, pomegranate passion lemon ice, strawberry lemon ice, triple berry lemon ice
    • Other: caponata spread, giardiniere vegetables, red pepper strips
    As an aside, I noticed that Fazoli's Fat Free Honey Mustard Dressing has anchovies.
