The Stinking Rose

From their main office:

"Our kitchen does use products that contain animal products or their derivatives and I cannot guarantee that they might not touch the item you order even though they are not contained in the recipes."

"Unfortunately, we are not qualified to give information that could lead to serious injury. I can tell you that all our items are prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts, dairy, shellfish, fish, animal products, soy and wheat. It is also important to remember that food labels may not always identify allergy-causing foods such as peanuts or peanut products, etc. No products are certified as vegetarian or gluten free; all products may contain trace amounts of ingredients derived from animals. Further, product formulations change periodically and are subject to change without notice. The Company is not an expert and therefore suggests individuals to contact Vegan Action or the Vegan Society with questions or they can take a copy of the menu and contact their physician and have their physician suggest the correct items they can consume at our restaurants."

I'm disappointed with this response, especially after reading the other responses you've received.

I know! They were so definitive in their response that I don't know what else to do. With other companies I have been get someone to help me more.
