Domino's Pizza's website provides ingredient and allergen information.
As per the ingredient information listed on the site, there are no eggs in any of their pizza crusts (Brooklyn, Deep Dish Crust, Hand Tossed Crust, Crunchy Thin Crust).
Based on the allergen information, their Cinastix and Breadsticks do not have eggs.
The following items are noted to HAVE eggs:
- Blue Cheese Dipping Cups
- Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
- Buttermilk Ranch Salad Dressing
- Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
- Parmesan Peppercorn Sauce
- Ranch Dipping Cups
"Domino's Pizza Cheese (Mozzarella) is made with a microbial rennet. As far as our other cheeses, Domino's purchases from many suppliers and does not specify the source of all ingredients. The source could vary from time to time based on availability."

I contacted Dominoes and the manager called the manufacturer of their dough and it is egg-free.
